The only way to be absolutely certain if you will have an allergic reaction is to test any fragrance on a small patch of your skin before using it, which we recommend. Everyone reacts differently to personal care and fragrance, so if you know you are sensitive or have any questions about allergies, we are here to answer questions.

  • Yes, our fragrances are never tested on animals. In addition, our materials are never sourced from threatened or endangered plant species or ecosystems.

  • We’re serious about some R&R - reducing and recycling from conception to creation. Plus, we want to extend the life of your little 5 SENS bottle for as long as possible. That’s why we:

    • Use glass for our fragrance bottles that can be upclyced and recycled.
    • Use recyclable wood for our fragrance bottle caps.
    • Opt for 35% PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic for our inner wood caps
    • Use fully recyclable paperboard for our outer carton packaging.

  • At 5 SENS we want to make a positive impact in the world. Our scents capture moods and inspire moments. We know that every day is not a good day filled with a good mood and only good moments. That’s why we partnered with Bring Change to Mind to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness. We believe communication can end the stigma around mental health and save lives. These conversations should start early. That’s why we are donating 1% of our profits to Bring Change to Mind’s High School Program which gives teens a platform to share their voices and raise awareness around mental health. Our goal is to empower students to educate one another, and their communities, and to create a culture of peer support within their schools. Together, we’ll fight the stigma around mental illness.

That’s why we’re making sure to outline our practices from the get-go, with a clear emphasis on specific steps towards our cleaner, greener, better smelling future. No: wishy-washy greenwashing. Yes: full accountability, always.

    Dirty Talk

    We’re willing to get down and dirty in order to be that much greener. That’s why we’re committed to:

    • Avoid single-use plastic anywhere we can. Our packaging is made entirely from recycled glass, wood, and PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic.
    • Reducing emissions in our manufacturing process by using cullet (scrap) that melts at a lower temperature.

  • When you purchase our discovery kit you get a 2 ml sample of our 5 fine fragrances. You can sample each and you will receive a promo code via email to receive $20 off your first purchase of a full size 30 ml fragrance. If you experience an issue receiving the email or promo code, you can reach out to us at help@5sens.co and our client service team will happily assist.

  • If you bought a discovery kit and want to order a 30 ml full size fine fragrance bottle, you can use your promo code at checkout for $20 off your purchase. The promo code expires 45 days after receiving it.

  • 5 SENS offers free standard shipping in the contiguous US on all orders over $65 after any discounts have been applied, and before applicable taxes and shipping fees. For orders under $65, there is a flat fee of $5.00 per order.  Click here to read our complete shipping policy

Returns

  • We offer returns on all orders $65 and over within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly at help@5sens.co and our team will assist you. Please include the order number and a reason for the return. Discovery sets are not available for return unless it arrives damaged.

  • To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly at help@5sens.co with your order number and the issue. Our client service team will provide a return number which needs to be added on top of the box. The customer will need to ship the product back while covering the shipping cost and provide a tracking to our client service team by emailing help@5sens.co.

  • Our team will issue a refund for valid requests within 3-4 business days once the product arrives at our warehouse. Refunds are issued back to the payment method used to place the order. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account. Please note that your original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.

  • In order to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing all orders as soon as they are received. As a result, we are unable to make adjustments to items or guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any cancellation/alterations requests.

    5 SENS does not take responsibility for orders placed with the incorrect shipping address.

  • All gifts with purchase cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If you have any other issues or questions in regard to the gift with purchase, please email help@5sens.co.

  • We do not offer product replacement unless the wrong product was shipped to the consumer. Our client service team may ask the consumer to provide an image of the incorrect product, which is then shared with our quality team to ensure that future orders are shipped without errors.

Promo Codes

  • If you have a valid code, you can enter it at checkout to redeem. If you have issues adding the code please email help@5sens.co.

  • Please make sure that the promo code is entered correctly with no typos and that it has not expired.  If the code was entered correctly and is still valid but didn’t apply to your order, items in your cart may be excluded from the offer. Please also note that promo codes may not be combined.

  • Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Promo codes cannot be combined nor are they transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Certain items may be excluded from promo codes. To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing your order.
