For Our Community
We know that every day is not a good day filled with a good mood and only good moments. That’s why we partnered with Bring Change to Mind to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness. We believe communication can end the stigma around mental health and save lives. These conversations should start early. That’s why we are supporting Bring Change to Mind’s High School Program which gives teens a platform to share their voices and raise awareness around mental health. Our goal is to empower students to educate one another, and their communities, and to create a culture of peer support within their schools. Together, we’ll fight the stigma around mental illness.
For Our Planet
We are also proud to support Oceanic Society and their efforts for global ocean cleanup. Plastic pollution is a grave threat to ocean health worldwide. Plastic production is skyrocketing coupled with global ineffective recycling and poor waste management and the impact is between 4 and 12 million metric tons of plastic enter the ocean each year - enough to cover every foot of coastline on the planet! Plastic pollution impacts sea turtles, whales, seabirds, fish, coral reefs, and countless other marine species and habitats in the ocean. It is estimated that more than half of the world’s sea turtles and nearly every seabird on Earth have eaten plastic in their lifetimes. Also, plastic pollution also mars otherwise beautiful beaches, coastlines and snorkels and dive sites worldwide. We believe that everyone has a role to play in solving the ocean plastic pollution crisis. We are working with Oceanic Society to engage people worldwide in taking concrete steps to reduce ocean plastic pollution. We have donated $25K to Oceanic Society to support their global ocean cleanup efforts.
